Insert control: Insert question label: Re-inserts, after it has been deleted from the screen, the selected cell(s)' parent cell containing its variable's long caption.

In screen mode, apply the layout list box to your responses (in the layout menu, click styles, then list box), and then right-click the list box and select insert an edit modality filter.
Insert a hierarchical filter: This function is used when setting up hierarchical response filters. First of all, you need to have set up the response list so that it includes hierarchical filters. In screen mode, apply the layout list box to your responses (in the layout menu, click styles, then list box), and then right-click the list box and select insert a hierarchical filter, then combo-box or listbox. Note: You can also add an edit modality filter; see insert an edit modality filter above.
