Stopwatch
Use this layout style to present a numeric question as a stopwatch. For example:
To do so, select all the variable's cells, then, in the layout menu, select styles and then stopwatch. The numeric response cell will be transformed into a stopwatch cell. During data collection, the interviewer will be able to click on a button to start, pause or stop the stopwatch counting.
Note: this feature is restricted to askiavoice and askiaface interviewing modes. The milliseconds measured by the stopwatch are not stored in the data. When the screen is validated by the Interviewer, Askia will round up the stopwatch’s measure to the nearest second value. For example, if the stopwatch runs for 02:34:783, the system will round this up to two minutes and thirty-five seconds (as if the stopwatch displayed 02:35:000).
