Insert bitmap...

Allows you to insert a bitmap image onto the current screen.

Insert sound file...

Allows you to insert a sound file onto the current screen.

Insert animation...

Allows you to insert a animation file onto the current screen.

Insert flash object...

Allows you to insert a flash file onto the current screen.

Insert miscellaneous file...

Allows you to insert a miscellaneous file onto the current screen.

Edit

Allows you to edit the default settings of the resource file selected in the left-hand pane, such as the name, file path, HTML data, etc. These settings will be used whenever you place the resource onto a screen (but you can over-ride them for a particular instance of the resource).

Delete

Deletes the resource file selected in the left-hand pane from the list of available resources.
