A question's shortcut is its unique identifier. The shortcut is not visible to interviewers or respondents, and is consistent (it does not change) across all the language versions of a multi-lingual survey. It is used when defining routing instructions, referring to the question in AskiaScript, or during data analysis (e.g. in AskiaVista or AskiaAnalyse).
