When you select Lucid's Fulcrum Sample data as the import type, Fulcrum Sample data is imported, as defined in a URL.
Set the options as follows:
Field name: enter the appropriate field name for this question. For example, if this question is to contain respondent gender drawn from a sample list, you would enter GENDER (if GENDER was the name of the field containing the gender information).
