Setting multimedia resource defaults

You can set default settings for a resource: every time it is placed on a screen, these settings will be used.

To set the default settings for a resource:

  1. In the resources tab, right-click the resource and select edit.

  2. Set the options as appropriate.

  3. Click OK.

Note: these defaults can be over-ridden for an individual use by right-clicking the resource on the screen where it has been placed, and selecting properties. The changes you make here will apply only to this particular use of the resource; any future uses will continue to use the defaults you have defined.
