Create a .QES file from an .XML file

Use this function (file-import from XML...) to import a paper version of a questionnaire from a third-party survey creation program into askiadesign. Simply select the XML file you wish to import.

Note: you can use the XML format to import a questionnaire from VOVICI.

Note: The formula used by the color code in the xml is as follow: red + (green * 256) + (blue * 65536)
