*.qes file

A questionnaire created with AskiaDesign.

Askia developed its product range on the principle of flexible and open access. As a result, Askia's users are not locked to proprietary data formatting. *.QES, *.qex and *.lst files are all based on Microsoft’s Access *.mdb file format.

A *.QES file contains all interview data collected during data-entry, based on the questions, variables and routings created in askiadesign. Furthermore, Askia automatically integrates extra information during data-entry, such as:

• the date and time an interview was started;

• the date and time an interview was finished;

• the time spent, per respondent, in answering each of the questionnaire's questions or screens.
